Owned by the Heart of America Group, the Hilton Garden Inn at Sun Prairie is a six-story, 124 room hotel with nearly 10,000 square feet of meeting and pre-function space. The property also includes Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse. This property is the second hotel HOA chose to design with renewable energy with the Denovo engineering and construction team. This hotel’s system is geothermal variable refrigerant flow (VRF) with fan coils.
