Outside of work, Russ is a devoted family man, enjoying time with his wife and visiting his two sons. Prior to entering the construction industry, he served as an Infantry Team Leader in the U.S. Army, where he gained invaluable experience leading teams in a variety of high-pressure missions and tasks. This role helped hone his problem-solving, and communication skills—traits that he brings to every project he oversees.
Jason recently graduated from Purdue University Global, where he earned a degree with a focus on project management. This academic achievement, combined with over 10 years of hands-on experience in construction, has prepared him for a successful career in the field. His diverse experience spans multiple aspects of construction, allowing him to approach challenges with a comprehensive perspective and a commitment to excellence.
Currently, Jason is excited to expand his knowledge in industry standards through the wealth of expertise at Denovo, where he aims to grow professionally and contribute to the company’s success. Outside of work, Jason is a proud husband and father, enjoying quality time with his family and engaging in a variety of activities.
