Denovo (Latin for “from the beginning,” “anew”) was created in 2017 when we saw an opportunity in the market to build partnerships that are relational, not transactional. Gilbert Community School District
Gilbert CSD hired Denovo to perform a comprehensive, district-wide facility assessment. With increasing enrollment and some aging facilities, it was critical for the School Board and Administration to understand the condition of their facilities. Denovo executed and delivered a facility assessment that included prioritized improvements along with costing data.
Gregg Young Auto Sports Campus at Norwalk Central
The Gregg Young Auto Sports Campus is a premier sports complex for the community of Norwalk along with visiting local, midwest, and national organizations. This sports campus, anchored by the 40,000 sf City State Bank Norwalk Fieldhouse, offers a wealth of facilities including multiple basketball, pickleball, and volleyball courts, and 10 acres of baseball and softball turf fields, able to be transformed into 4 separate soccer fields.
Valo BioMedia
Denovo designed and installed a Filtered Air Conditioning systems for various locations of Valo BioMedia. As a layer operation for SPF eggs utilized for vaccine production, it is imperative to prevent disease and maintain a stable and comfortable environment. Systems are maintained through Denovo's Intelligent Facility Services.
