Gilbert Community School District

Gilbert CSD hired Denovo to perform a comprehensive, district-wide facility assessment. With increasing enrollment and some aging facilities, it was critical for the School Board and Administration to understand the condition of their facilities. Denovo executed and delivered a facility assessment that included prioritized improvements along with costing data.

PLANNING/COSTING
One year later, we updated the assessment with our Denovo SMART program, documenting work completed, reviewing upcoming work, and prioritizing next year’s maintenance and improvement activities. This helped the district align maintenance projects and large capital improvements with their finances to provide a comprehensive facility plan. Gilbert subsequently chose Denovo as their construction partner to manage $54.7 million in facility improvements over the next five years.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Our preconstruction team is actively working tirelessly to develop each of the 8 identified projects. This phased master plan over the next 5 years requires a true partner with an eye for detail and construction expertise to lead the process. Our strong communication skills with focus on finances and budget is how we will ensure success on this project.
