We kicked off the Heritage Petroleum project in Huxley — a 21,850 SF pre-engineered metal building that will include office space, warehouse operations, and supporting site development. The project totals $5.4M under a signed contract. We’re excited to work with the Heritage Petroleum crew, as they share many of the same core values, and this project will continue to help strengthen our presence in the light industrial market.
