Denovo established a commissioning process to document the owner’s criteria for system function, performance, and maintainability. The process included verification of system compliance throughout construction, start-up and the initial period of operation. Operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals and training on system operation were provided to ensure the building continues to operate as intended.
