We were selected by the City of Winterset and the Winterset Parks & Recreation Department to serve as Construction Manager as Agent (CMa) for their new Winterset Fieldhouse, a $16M project. It will consist of a 47,000 SF indoor recreation facility located east of town near the existing softball and soccer complex, along with an attached 5,000 SF space for the Winterset Police Department. It’s scheduled to go to public bid this November. Our team will begin preconstruction coordination and budgeting efforts as design progresses.
