Audubon CSD Upgrades

After passing a bond referendum in 2019, Audubon CSD commenced design on a complete Middle and High School renovation including complete HVAC replacement, electrical service upgrades and classroom finish renovation. During turbulent bidding and procurement times the project maintained on budget. With full-time oversight, this renovation will span three phases with close coordination between all prime contractors during system change over. The success of this project is highly reliant on strong team communication and clear expectations.
