Hyatt Place Hotel

This 112-room hotel by Heart of America Group sits just west of the Outlets of Des Moines and adjacent to two adjacent HOA owned and Denovo designed properties. The Hyatt is served by a geothermal well field which allows for load sharing between the three properties. Denovo helped their client break the mold with design decisions that are financially responsible and sustainable for long-term building ownership.
