Curt Gear brings more than 25 years of experience in construction and business development within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) community to Denovo. With a strong background in precast concrete, Curt serves as a valuable subject matter expert, delivering meaningful insight and solutions to support our design-build clients.
A graduate of Iowa State University’s College of Business, Curt has been actively involved in the Central Iowa design community throughout his career. He excels at building strong, collaborative relationships with designers by providing thoughtful design assistance that adds real value to every project.
Curt is passionate about developing long-term, trust-based partnerships and is committed to driving growth in Denovo’s commercial and private sector markets.
Outside the office, Curt enjoys the great outdoors and can often be found traveling the state, cheering on his sons at their sporting events.
