Gilbert CSD Facility Improvements

Gilbert CSD hired Denovo to perform a comprehensive district-wide facility assessment. With increasing enrollment and some aging facilities, it was critical for the School Board and Administration to understand the condition of their facilities. Denovo executed and delivered a facility assessment that included prioritized improvements along with costing data. One year later, we updated the assessment with our Denovo SMART program, documenting work completed, reviewing upcoming work, and prioritizing next year’s maintenance and improvement activities. This helped the district align work with their finances and plan for future capital improvement projects. Gilbert CSD chose Denovo as their construction partner to manage $54.7 million in facility improvements over the next five years.
