With over 20 years of experience in construction management, Nate Miller brings deep expertise in residential and commercial construction, land development, and property preservation. His background as both a business owner and construction superintendent gives him a well-rounded, results-driven perspective on project delivery—from planning and budgeting to on-site execution and client satisfaction.

Nate led major school and community construction projects across Iowa, including the DMPS Community Stadium at Drake and Ballard School District improvements. His leadership style combines technical know-how with a commitment to safety, quality, and strong team coordination.

Nate is actively involved in community development and youth programs throughout Central Iowa, loves to be at the lake, throw wit for good laugh or two, and ride around in the dirt.
